Overview

When you want to move Datacap Netepay to a different machine, you will need to de-activate the deployment ID.  You can then install it on the new server and activate it. 

How to use NetePay Director to Deactivate

1. Make sure that you are using the NetePay Director. You can see it on the system tray on the bottom right of your screen.
2. You can release it by right-clicking on the tool tray Netepay icon.

3. After you right-click it you should be able to see "Software Activation / Software Deactivation"

4. After you click the "Software Deactivation" you will see these prompts from NetePayManager.
   • 
5. Once clicking the two prompts of the serial number.  The deployment ID should be now released and ready to move to a different machine.
