Make sure the netepay is running using NETEPAY HOSTED.
For the version, there should be an email or attachment on the ticket where you can download the netepay and the rest of the file.
If US customers, installed dsiclient, dsipdcx and dsiEMVUS. dsiEMVClientX is for Canadian customers.
Please follow setup below.
EMV Netepay server, this is the hostname or the ip address of where the Netepay is running. When you hit Test Servers, should be Netepay Host Based. No need to put anything under NETePay Server(s) on the side.
That should work.
