If already have a token saved on file. Please follow the steps below.
1. On Credit Card File tab, click Authorize
2. Then on the top right click Token > Copy Token
3. Cancel or Exit on the screen
4. On Tender tab, do process normally then click the Token at the top right again then choose Paste Token.
5. Then Authorize, that should work.
