How to Access the Ideas Board

  2. If you already have an account, sign in using your email and password.

  3. If you are a new user, click “Don’t have an account yet? Sign up” to create one.

Common Sign‑Up Issues and How to Fix Them

❗ “Your email domain does not allow you to self‑register”

Why this happens: Your company’s email domain is not currently approved for automatic (self‑service) registration.

What to do:

  • Complete the access request form at windwardsoftware.com/ideas
  • Our team will review your request and send you an invitation to join the Ideas Board

Once invited, you’ll be able to complete your registration.

❗ My email address isn’t recognized

Why this happens:

  • You may be using a personal email address (such as Gmail, Yahoo, etc.)
  • The email domain is not affiliated with an active Windward customer or partner account

What to do:

  • Make sure you are signing up with your work email address
  • If you believe your company should have access, or you use a free email address for work purposes, simply submit an access request using the access request form at windwardsoftware.com/ideas
  • Our team will review your request and send you an invitation to join the Ideas Board

Once invited, you’ll be able to complete your registration.

No. Participation is completely free.
