Overview


When attempting to print in System Five you may receive an "Error Configuring Print Form PrintNow" message.


Solution

This can be caused by a bad character in the printer's name or description.

  1. Delete the printer (often this is the default printer)
  2. Re-add the printer and ensure no special characters are in the printer's name or description.
  3. Re-launch System Five and sign in to test printing. 


NOTE:  If using System Five on Cloud.  You will need to Sign Out and Sign back into the environment.
