Enhancement Overview

The printed copy of the Health Billing Split Invoice does not include the sub-total cost for each payee. This enhancement provides users with the ability to create a new or modify an existing Invoice Form Design to display the Sub-Total and Sub-Total per individual payee on the Health Billing Split Invoice. Please note that the HealthBilling module on the licensing is necessary to access this functionality.

Case #1 

Problem:


The printed invoices from a Health Billing Split Invoice can display the Sub-Total of the invoice but doesn’t display the Sub-Total per each individual Payee.

Solution (Workflow):  


This enhancement allows a user to create a new or edit an existing Invoice Form Design to add the fields for Sub-Totals per individual payee. The new fields exist in 4 tabs: Info Tab, Totals Tab, Header Tab, and Footer Tab. The Payees and Payee Sub-Totals are found under the “HEALTH-BILLING” items to add to the form design.


Assumptions: 


The customer should have a Health Billing Module in their System Five Licensing. The user will manually create or edit an existing Invoice Form Design to add the Sub-Totals per individual Payee.



Enhancement Visuals

 

Navigate to Setup Tools>Printing Options>Form and Label Designers>Form Designers>Invoice Designer The user will have to create a new or edit an existing Invoice Form Design.

  • For the Sub-Total, this field is under the “Totals” tab for Invoice Designer and can be found in the “Totals” Category under the Items.

 

  • For the Health Billing showing the sub-total amount of each individual payee. The option to add this exists in 4 tabs. o Info Tab o Totals Tab o Header Tab o Footer Tab
  • You can find the Payees and Payee Sub-Totals under the “HEALTH-BILLING” items to add to the design. The fields to add are: o Payee-1 o Payee-2 o Sub-total-1 o Sub-total-2

 

Once the Invoice Design is finished, Save and Exit. When printing a Split Health Billing Invoice, use the newly created or edited Invoice Form and you’ll get the individual payee sub-total information.

  1. This enhancement requires the Health Billing Module on the licensing with the latest private build of System Five. Contact your Account Manager for more details.
  2. Contact Support to setup System Five upgrade.
