If you open the System Five Setup Wizard and are unable to access the XOLights Settings, it is likely due to the user not having security to access this area.

How to enable user security for XO Lights Settings

  1. Open the System Five Setup Wizard - Users and Security - Names and Passwords.
  2. Highlight the user that you want to edit and click the Edit User button.
  3. Click on the Accounts Receivable tab.
  4. Under the Customer Lead Evaluation section.
  5. Check off "Can access lead management"
