The Windward Payroll Module is a tool for managing your business's payroll needs. Use this FAQ to answer questions you may have on configuration and country-specific form reporting.
⚠️ Windward Software has decided to end support for the Windward Payroll Module effective December 31, 2024. We sincerely regret any inconvenience that this decision might cause for your business. This decision was a difficult one. It is part of ongoing efforts to streamline the Windward Software product line and service offerings. Click here for more information. Typically a third party payroll vendor will provide you with a single journal entry such as a report summary to reconcile a pay period. This video overviews this process.
UPDATE 2024-11-26: We have added a general ledger CSV import for Paylocity Payroll as an option for US customers who choose this vendor. You will need version 7.0.0.1467 to use this free enhancement.
UPDATE 2024-11-27: We have added a CSV file import for payroll importing from vendors such as QuickBooks.
TIP: Once you have migrated your payroll data to a new vendor. Remove the personally identifiable employee information from your Windward Payroll database.
