On Prem Setup
1. Make sure that the pinpad is set up then
2. Enable this settings on Signature Capture Device
3. Then go to Invoice setup , add the Signature Pad and set with assign printer
4. test process if Signature prompts of pinpads, now it should work
On Cloud Configuration:
RMR needs to be setup/Enable then do the same process from on Prem
