Unable to access PSQL Monitor Print

When you access the psql monitor and you get this error shown below. Usually a corrupted config file. Delete the PCC workspace: C:\ProgramData\Actian\PSQL\rcp\workspace-pcc. You should be able to access the monitor after deleteing the workspace-pcc folder.
