Starting in System Five Version 7, there has been an issue where company logos aren't printing clearly, when the were clear in previous versions of System Five.
This is due to V7 defaulting to a transparent background regardless of the background color of the logo.
This made a rather ugly shadow around the edges of the logo or even distorted the colors within the logo. In some cases it caused parts of the logo to be blacked out.
The solution is to upgrade to Version 22.214.171.1249 or higher.
In this version we have added the ability to turn off the background transparency.
In the invoice designer, click on the Options tab and uncheck the box next to "Print pictures transparent".
Save the design and try printing your invoice again.
Issue should now be resolved.
