Issue where XO Lights is creating duplicate customer records when invoices are being imported from the XO Lights website.
IMPORTANT: All XO Lights customers going forward MUST be using the V6 stylesheet. Any questions regarding this should be directed to Steven Wind at Windward Software Support. |
We have worked with XO Lights to correct this issue and XO Lights has made changes to their invoice export as part of the solution.
The second part of this solution is to ensure all clients that are using the integration are using the correct Stylesheet for the import.
This updated stylesheet has been attached to the bottom of this document (XOLIGHTSIMPORTV6.XSL)
To install this new stylesheet:
Copy it to the System Five data folder.
Open System Five.
In the navigator window, click on Setup Tools - Utilities - XML Central.
Next, click on the Import From XML button
Select XO Lights Order Import from the drop down menu in the top middle of the screen.
Then in the XSL Filter field, click on the file folder button, browse to the System Five data folder, select the XOLIGHTSIMPORTV6.XSL file and click the Open button.
Click the exit button to exit the Import XML screen.
Then click the Exit button on the XML Central screen to close out of XML Central.
Close and restart System Five..
