If having an issue with the file GUIDTOIDENTITY.MKD this can safely be refreshed as it is no longer used.  It is a reminant of our Service Springboard product that is no longer supported.

NOTE: Everyone should be out in the system. 


  1. Go to PCC/ Zen > look for the ODBC and browse into the Tables. See below.
  2. Right Click on GUIDToIdentity and choose "Delete".
  3. You will need to choose "Yes" when prompted if you are sure. 
  4. Also delete the file on _datafiles. 
  5. Sign back into System Five and this file should get regenerated and no longer produce a database error.
