Overview
If having an issue with the file GUIDTOIDENTITY.MKD this can safely be refreshed as it is no longer used. It is a reminant of our Service Springboard product that is no longer supported.
NOTE: Everyone should be out in the system.
How to refresh GUIDTOIDENTITY.MKD
- Go to PCC/ Zen > look for the ODBC and browse into the Tables. See below.
- Right Click on GUIDToIdentity and choose "Delete".
- You will need to choose "Yes" when prompted if you are sure.
- Also delete the file on _datafiles.
- Sign back into System Five and this file should get regenerated and no longer produce a database error.
