Normally outloooks default settings for "Programmatic Access Security" was set this settings in the picture



and when you try to email a program like what we use for email client on System Five it normally pop-up with a notification



we can just hit allow and then program goes through but so annoying though


Well in order for us to permanently disable this program to always pop-up 

we can just turn off the option on outlook settings by running outloook as administrator then go to 

File>>options>>Trust Center then Select "Never warn me about suspicious activity(Not recommended)"
