IMPORTANT
These investigation steps will work for any websell sync problems, images, inventory, etc.
WebsellDatagateway is our side of the integration, it takes what is in SystemFive and pushes it into staging "tables in PCC like ncsInventoryImages for pictures". You can go this route if you are comfortable querying tables but the steps below are much easier.
It takes 1 hour before the updates become available to WebSell Sync (WebSell side) and pushes it to the website.
Sample Problem: "Item W261701 pricing is still coming up incorrectly at $72.46 instead of $77.54"
This process should be executed before contacting the Developer in case prices are wrong for Websell customers:
the Find item unique for W261701 in System5, which is 1139.
Go to SystemFive > Sales > Ecomm Staging Import menu and log in. Click on "Tools" under Menu (top right corner)
Select the Prices option enter item unique = 1139 and click the Load button.
Data in the table represent WebSellDataGateway data.
If the price in this table matches Sys5 price then problem is on Websell side.
If price in this table does not match Sys5 price do the following ->
Click the last button on the left menu.
Then on the page that will load, select "Inventory" from the "Reset Sync Delta Date" dropdown.
Once the process is finished, check the Item price the same way as above. It should match Sys5 pricing.
