When upgrading to version 7 you may experience an increase in the size of PDF files being generated by System Five. This can pose an issue when emailing invoices as it can take time for the pdf to get attached to a local Outlook program. Outlook often has a limit of 25MB when attaching files. If sending more than 10 invoices you can hit a roadblock of being able to attach all the files involved.
To set V7 to create PDF files with a lower resolution you can enable the following feature flag and restart System Five.
Note this setting can also have an experience with specialty imported font that may not be supported as in the previous release. If this is the case, do not set this feature flag. Choose to lower the resolution of the images set on your forms to decrease the size of the PDFs being generated.
