How to remove the Setup Wizard shortcut from the top of the Navigator window.
Open the Setup Wizard and scroll to the bottom of the left hand window.
Click on Done to highlight it.
Click on the green Check button on the right to change the red X next to Done to the green check mark.
Click the Close button on the right to exit the Setup Wizard.
The Setup Wizard shortcut from the top of the Navigator window is now gone.
