When processing with Global Payments Canada using the Verifone P400. You may receive an error when doing an EMV Parameter Download or when processing Credit Card you receive a "Error TRANSACTION NOT COMPLETE - Expected VSD Encryption Got - PKI"
This could be encrypted with the wrong end to end - or you selected the wrong pinpad,
You can try switching the pinpad if not it may need to be replaced.
