Problem: Can't queue Special Order

If you come across an issue of not being able to Special Order an item, like the Special Order button is greyed out, it may be due to the inventory type.

Solution: Check the inventory record and see the inventory type. Floor Plan + Units (Inventory Type) is not applicable for Special Orders. Older versions of System 5 may have allowed Special Orders on this type of inventory but it has been fixed in the newer versions of System 5.
