1. Print the PDF file below and scan the configuration in order

2. Open a “Command Prompt” and scan an item. The results should have “^B” right at the beginning of the barcode number or a “Smiley”. See image below.

- Now go back to System5 / Setup Wizard / Point of Sale Devices / Barcode Reader.
- On the right side, click on “Read Barcode Scanner” button and scan an item
- Click the “Save” button once done.
