A method of tracking customer products brought in for servicing. 


Solution

The use of claim checks allows for the user to generate a claim check in a tear off format. One portion is given to the customer, the other remains with the item to be serviced. The two-part claim check is designed within the invoice setup. Optionally, the claim check can be set up using a label as well, which then can be fixed on the item being serviced. This tutorial shows how to set up the claim checks and print them at point of sale.
