Open up the windows registry by searching for "regedit"
and run as administrator
then go to "Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\WOW6432Node\Windward\" for 64bit machine or
"Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Windward" for 32bit machine
right click on the "Windward" folder and select "Permissions"
Permissions for Windward window should open up
Highlight Users or Everyone, then at the bottom check the box for "Allow" Full Control.
Click Apply and then OK to save.
