Select the tracking method based on the other options you have selected. See the note on the window.
You can also choose to use the Batches / Shifts option if desired. This is a method of sorting and organizing your Point of Sale Transaction reports.

Automatically close the A/R transaction file at the end of the day
Tick the checkbox to automatically close transaction files at the end of the day.
Note that this feature closes on the first transaction of the following date for each terminal.
