Mapped drive connected but still getting psql 3012 error Print

If mapped drive is connected either using hostname or an IP address, but still getting the 3012 error.

1. Go to PSQL Control Center & Documentation (PSQL 12) or Zen Control Center & Documentatio if PSQL 14.

2. Click Configure MicroKernel Router. Under Access, make sure Gateway Durability is unchecked and under Performance tuning, Use Cache Engine should be unchecked as well. Hit OK and that should fix the problem.
