When a Windward Software Maintenance Renewal has been purchased, customers can easily install the renewed license file in a few easy steps.
- Log in to System Five
- On the menu bar, click on “Utilities”.
- Select “Check for License Upgrade”.
- The Windward System Five Install window will show your license information.
- Confirm the maintenance expiration date by checking line 23 “Updates Valid Until”.
- Click on “Next”.
- A small window will show up indicating, “You must restart System Five for configuration changes to take effect” Click “OK”.
- It will then route you to a new window with the words, “Company License Updated”. Click on the “Finish” button.
