Run Check Customer or Supplier Balances:
If this does not correct the issue, move on to the following steps:
AGED AR:
A. If the system has a separate ledger for Deposits on WO
- a. Options in the layaway payments, Gift certificates payments should not be selected
- b. Layaway invoices, work order invoices should not be selected
B. If the system don’t have a separate ledger for deposits on WO
- a. Options in the layaway payments, Gift certificates payments should be selected
- b. Layaway invoices, work order invoices should not be selected
C. Make sure that the options 2 “check customer balances for errors” and “check invoices for errors” are selected
D. Run the two reports again to check if they are now balances
AGED AP:
Run check supplier balances
F. Run the two reports again to check if they are now balance
If not resolve
Both AR and AP
G. Make sure that the minimum book months is MM/YYYY
H. Run the test proof in book months and departments
I. Run the fix proof in all book months and departments
J. Wizard fix
If not resolve
K. Run AR/AP integrity for the book month where the proof started
L. Fix all errors
M. Run the test proof and fix proof again for all book months and all department(follow C-F)
N. For every book month that has proof follow steps G –I
