PCI Check Popup in the cloud environment.
A new user is getting a PCI Key error and a Pervasive 12 error pointing to a missing Messages.BTR file.
The first thing to try is sign out of the cloud environment completely and then sign back in.
If the issue continues to happen, the most likely cause is an incomplete systemfivesaas.ini file.
Specifically the user's systemfivesaas.ini file is missing the PCI Keys.
This file will be located in the S drive on the cloud environment. (eg. S:\Users\steve\System5\systemfivesaas.ini)
if the INI file is missing all of the PCI keys, you will need to copy the ini from a known good user profile and pasted it into the user's folder.
Now Restart System Five.
This should remedy the issue.
