Overview
Signing into System Five on Cloud could present the following "identity provider" error message. This will stop you from accessing System Five on Cloud and running the application.
Message: AADSTS50020: User account '[email protected]' from identity provider 'https://sts.windows.net/0aae5f2e-a777-4e0d-8677-c7fe3b5dd604/' does not exist in tenant '<Company Name>' and cannot access the application 'a85cf173-4192-42f8-81fa-777a763e6e2c'(Azure Virtual Desktop Client) in that tenant. The account needs to be added as an external user in the tenant first. Sign out and sign in again with a different Azure Active Directory user account
This can be caused by signing into a Personal Microsoft account on the workstation. To resolve re-subscribe using your credentials.
Use the following steps to re-subscribe
1. Choose the option Subscribe with URL.
2. Enter https://rdweb.wvd.microsoft.com in the Workspace URL field and click Next
3. The login page will appear. Proceed to login with your cloud credentials (@na.windwardoncloud.com) or (@au.windwardoncloud.com)
Click the Subscribe button.
Enter your password.
4. Click the "No, sign into this app only" option instead of the "OK" button.
5. The "identity provider" error message should no longer be present allowing access to System Five on Cloud.
