Overview

The Navigator can be used to customize your quicklist. This can save you time as common functions for your role can be placed on the top button ribbon.  This makes tasks that you preform frequently easy to access.  You can also place items that are used Daily or for Month and Year End into lists. 

How to add to the Quick List

  1. Open the Navigator by clicking the Navigator button
  2. Click on the “Customize” text to the right of the “Next [F3]” button.
  3. Open the “Quicklist” and highlight the item in the list you want to remove.
  4. Navigate to the item you want to add into the Quick List.
  5. Highlight the item by clicking the left mouse button.
  6. Once highlighted, right click and choose to Add to Quick List.
  7. Click the “Save changes” button.

 


Removing an item from a QuickList

  1. Open the Navigator
  2. Click on the “Customize” text to the right of the “Next [F3]” button.
  3. Open the "Lists" and “Quicklist” menu.
  4. Highlight the item in the list you want to remove.
  5. Hit the “Delete” key on your keyboard.
  6. Click the “Save changes” button.
