The following retry connection error code 0x3000047 may be experienced during planned maintenance or an event impacting the environment.  This can occur when the System Five on Cloud environment is taken offline by the cloud operations team.

The error message "An error occurred while accessing this resource.  Retry the connection or contact your system administrator." will be received when launching your System Five on Cloud icon in your Remote Desktop.


Visit and look for a banner on the top of the browser window to learn when the environment is expected to be available and online.
